The Sercotel La Princesa is a three stars hotel that feels like four stars. The rooms are in great condition, clean and roomy. Room service operates like clockwork and everyday we came back to a tidy and very clean room. Breakfast was great with quality products, especially fruits (the fruit selection was not very varied but what they had was sweet and tasty). Due to the pandemic the restaurant was closed so we ate out everyday which allowed us to eat at small restaurants around the hotel and hunt for local dishes. While there, the hotel seemed a bit empty probably due to the pandemic and we crossed paths with very few other guests which was ok by me anyway. We had the breakfast room all for ourselves almost everyday which was great but we still felt bad for the hotel and its staff. Everyone was very friendly and treated us like family. In fact the hotel has a very family-friendly vibe and we enjoyed the quiet environment. The only thing I would love to see improved is a better offer of activities, things-to-do around Alcorcón and Mósteles. We also missed a swimming pool since it was quite hot at this time of the year but that's just me being picky and demanding :-).
The receptionist were so wonderful. Very informative and receptive. The accommodation facilities were superb. It was nice spending some time there. It's indeed second to none.
Comfortable and convenient stay for a weekend if you need to stay in this specific area. Everything to a decent standard. Reasonably priced.
Nice place to stay. People at the frontdesk are really nice and will always have the good advice to help. Rooms are clean and comfy. The continental breakfast is offering a large selection of dishes and fresh juice. The restaurant is nice too and price are really good.
